By day, I serve as a Commercial Real Estate Executive at a Fortune 500 financial institution, managing $2.2 billion in assets. Previously, I oversaw 8.4 million acres for a state agency, developed statewide policy, and presented to Senate and House Committees. I also run my own businesses—a consulting practice and a career services firm I've grown for 15+ years.

I've managed billion-dollar portfolios. Presented to legislators. Led cross-disciplinary senior leader teams through complex, multi-year initiatives. Built frameworks, developed policy and procedure, created decision-making matrices, authored publications, and navigated politics. And I've done it while raising kids, coaching and managing travel teams, and volunteering as a job coach for underserved populations.
